Processing and Tracking
Gold Align orders are prepared after the order form is completed and payment is accepted. The shipping policy describes a tracking email with a tracking ID and personalized status link within 60 hours. Check the inbox and spam folder connected to the order, and keep the confirmation for future reference.
Estimated Delivery
The vendor lists approximately 5-7 working days for United States delivery. Canada, the UK and Ireland, Australia and New Zealand are listed at approximately 10-15 working days, with a $15.95 shipping fee in the published table. Customs, carrier volume, weather, and other events can extend those estimates.
The extracts contain conflicting statements about free United States delivery: one product bundle shows a shipping charge, while the shipping page broadly says domestic delivery is free. The amount displayed during checkout should be treated as the applicable shipping charge for that order.
Address and Delivery Help
Orders can be sent to a physical home or work address, and the billing address may differ from the shipping address. Check spelling, unit numbers, postal codes, and country before payment. If an address is wrong, contact support promptly because changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.
