How to Request a Refund
Email contact@goldalign-product.com before the deadline and use “Refund Request” as the subject. Include enough order information for support to locate the purchase. Follow the return instructions provided and send back every bottle from the order, whether empty, opened, or unopened, along with the packing slip. Return shipping costs are not covered. Consider using a trackable service and keep the receipt until the request is complete. The refund page says processing begins after the returned package is received and may take several days. An additional 5-10 days may be needed for the credit to appear, depending on the bank or card issuer.
