For Gold Align ingredient, use, shipping, or refund questions, email contact@goldalign-product.com. Include your name, the email used for the order, and a concise description of the issue. For privacy, do not email a full card number, password, or other sensitive payment information.
Order Support
BuyGoods provides order lookup for payment and order-status assistance. Have the order number, purchase email, and delivery postal code available when requested. Use the BuyGoods order lookup for help locating an order.
If a shipping address is incorrect, contact support as soon as possible. If requesting a refund, write “Refund Request” in the subject line and wait for return instructions before mailing the bottles. The published policy requires all bottles and the packing slip, and return postage is not covered.
Before You Write
Many common questions have short answers: the suggested use is one capsule daily with a large glass of water; orders are described as one-time purchases; and the vendor refund window is 60 days from delivery. Shipping estimates vary by destination and can be affected by carrier or customs delays.
